Because our digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately once purchased, I generally do not offer refunds once an order is completed and access has been granted. This includes:
Seminar video access
Recorded Q&A audio
Digital charts and illustrations
Downloadable materials
However, I understand that technical issues or misunderstandings may occasionally occur. If you experience a problem accessing your digital product, or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing access assistance, replacing a corrupted file, or offering store credit at our discretion.
2. Physical Products (Prints, Cards, Posters, Books, Bundles)
For physical merchandise, I gladly offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
Any protective packaging, shrink wrap, or labels are intact
You include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
To start a return, please contact me at robertwilliams0824@mazzaroth.info with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of your refund or exchange status. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, I will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the product with:
A photo of the defect or error
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
I will respond promptly with instructions for replacement or refund.
