THE BIBLICAL INTERPRETATION OF
D’li (AQUARIUS), “The Water-Bearer”
Judgment poured out on the Southern
Kingdom of Judah by King Nebuchadnezzar.
“What do you see now?” And I replied, ‘I see a pot of boiling water, tipping southward, spilling over Judah.’” (Jer. 1:13) (TLB)
D’li is represented by the 9th letter of the
Hebrew Aleph-Bet and has a value of 9.
Tet
Modern
Hebrew
9
Paleo
Hebrew
Tet has the appearance of an open tea kettle and means, “a pot, contain, surround.” The gematria for Tet is 9.
The story that is signified in the sign of Aquarius then will have something to do with the words, “pot, contain, surround” and the number “9.” We will now turn to the Bible to see how the meaning and numerical value of this letter ties in directly to the judgments that came upon both houses of Israel in the sign of Aquarius. First a quick recap of the preceding sign Capricorn, the Sea Goat.”
Capricorn, “the wild goat kid” marked a new beginning, a new milestone in the history of the children of Israel. It is largely the story of the life of King David and the many sorrows and afflictions of his life. In many respects David’s life was a foreshadowing of the life of Yahushua, the goat of the atonement, that was slain for the people.
We will now focus our attention on the significance of the meaning and numerical value of the Hebrew letter Teth (9), that Aquarius is represented by.
The first appearance of the number 9 in Scripture is in connection with the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), the holiest day of the Jewish year. It begins at sunset on the ninth day of the seventh Hebrew month which is seen as a day of judgment. More on this a little bit later when we come to the Age of Aquarius.
“It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath.” (Leviticus 23:32)
“In the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, came Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon and all his army against Jerusalem, and they besieged it. And in the eleventh year of Zedekiah, in the fourth month, the ninth day of the month, the city was broken up.” Jeremiah 39:1-2
“And in the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the famine was sore in the city, so that there was no bread for the people of the land. Then the city was broken up, and all the men of war fled, and went forth out of the city by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, which was by the king's garden; (now the Chaldeans were by the city round about:) and they went by the way of the plain.” (Jer. 52:6-7)
In the opposing sign of Leo, there are 9 bright stars that mark the outline of the Lion. The number 9 is a number that is representative of “judgment.”
Image: Courtesy of StarTracker
It was on the 9th of Av that the destruction of both the first and second temples in Jerusalem were destroyed, the first by the Babylonians in 586 B.C.E., the second by the Romans in 70 C.E.
The lion here in Leo is not only representative of the kingdom of Babylon, which took Judah into captivity, but also of “the Lion of the Tribe of Judah” who will bring judgment upon the earth in the Age of Aquarius.
Continuing on, it was also “In the ninth year of Hoshea the king of Assyria took Samaria, and carried Israel away into Assyria, and placed them in Halah and in Habor by the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes. For so it was, that the children of Israel had sinned against the Lord their God, which had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and had feared other gods,” 2 Kings 17:6-7
As the 9th letter of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet, Tet is the last of the digits, and thus marks the end; the conclusion of a matter. It is a number of finality and judgment. The judgment of man and all his works.
Because the value of Tet is 9, and it is after 9 months that a woman gives birth, many Jewish rabbi’s see the image of the letter as pointing to the birth of something new. The conclusion of an age and the start of another. It is after 9 months that a pregnant woman’s water breaks bringing forth a new life into the world.
The number 9 also symbolizes completeness and finality. It was at the 9th hour of the day that Yahushua died on the cross for the sins of the world, taking the judgment of YHVH upon himself.
Thus, we can see how the letter TET and its numerical value of 9 relates to judgment. With this in mind we will now take a closer look at Aquarius and how it relates to judgment that was poured out on the Southern Kingdom of Judah represented by Pisces Australis, the Southern Fish.
THE SIGN OF AQUARIUS
Aquarius, (the Water-Bearer) is depicted in the heavens holding a pot of water that is tipping southwards and spilling over upon Pisces Australis, (the Southern Fish).
Aquarius follows after the sign of Capricorn, the Goat, which symbolized the beginning of the reigns of the first Kings of Israel. It illustrated the persecution of David by King Saul in the strongholds of Engedi, as well as the foreshadowing of the death of Yahushua as the goat of the sin offering which was for the people.
AQUARIUS THE SIGN OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE
According to Abraham Ibn Ezra who was one of the most distinguished Jewish biblical commentators and philosophers of the Middle Ages, Aquarius is the sign of the Jewish people.
Saturn, the wandering star associated with the Jews, is the classical ruler of Aquarius.
THE STAR OF REMPHAN
This star is mentioned and condemned by YHVH in Amos 5:26 and was called “the star of your god, Moloch”.
“Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the Lord, whose name is The God of hosts.” Amos 5:25-27
Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance defines Chiun as, “a statue of the Assyrian-Babylonian god of the planet Saturn and used to symbolise Israelite apostasy.” H3594
Reference to the Israelites having it in the wilderness was also made in Acts 7:43. Here it is referred to as the star of their god Remphan, a reference to the `god’ Chiun (or Saturn).
“Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.” Acts 7:43
THE END OF THE REIGN OF THE KINGS OF ISRAEL
In the sign of Aquarius we are taken forward in time to the end of the reigns of the kings of Israel. The last to go into captivity was the house of Judah.
YHVH said of his people:
“Be astonished, O heavens, at this, And be horribly afraid; Be very desolate,” says the Lord. “For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, And hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water.” (Jer. 2:12-13) NKJV
As a result, YHVH had no other choice but to pour out his judgment upon the city he loved, Jerusalem, in the Southern Kingdom of Judah, symbolized by Pisces Australis, “the Southern Fish.”
In the book of Amos we read:
“But let judgment run down as waters...” (Amos 5:24)
“Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law. Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: he hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.” (Isaiah 42:24,25) See also, 44:2-7.
In a vision given to Jeremiah, the weeping prophet was asked:
“What do you see now?” And I replied, ‘I see a pot of boiling water, tipping southward, spilling over Judah.’ “Yes,” he said, “for terror from the north will boil out upon all the people of this land. I am calling the armies of the kingdoms of the north to come to Jerusalem and set their thrones at the gates of the city and all along its walls, and in all the other cities of Judah. This is the way I will punish my people for deserting me and for worshiping other gods—yes, idols they themselves have made!” (Jeremiah 1:13-16) TLB
The prophet Ezekiel is shown this same “pot” and elaborates further:
“Again, in the ninth year, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, write down the name of the day, this very day—the king of Babylon started his siege against Jerusalem this very day. And utter a parable to the rebellious house, and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Put on a pot, set it on, And also pour water into it. Gather pieces of meat in it, Every good piece, The thigh and the shoulder. Fill it with choice cuts; Take the choice of the flock. Also pile fuel bones under it, Make it boil well, And let the cuts simmer in it.” ‘Therefore thus says the Lord God: “Woe to the bloody city, To the pot whose scum is in it, And whose scum is not gone from it! Bring it out piece by piece, On which no lot has fallen. For her blood is in her midst; She set it on top of a rock; She did not pour it on the ground, To cover it with dust. That it may raise up fury and take vengeance, I have set her blood on top of a rock, That it may not be covered.” ‘Therefore thus says the Lord God: “Woe to the bloody city! I too will make the pyre great. Heap on the wood, Kindle the fire; Cook the meat well, Mix in the spices, And let the cuts be burned up. “Then set the pot empty on the coals, That it may become hot and its bronze may burn, That its filthiness may be melted in it, That its scum may be consumed. She has grown weary with lies, And her great scum has not gone from her. Let her scum be in the fire! In your filthiness is lewdness. Because I have cleansed you, and you were not cleansed, You will not be cleansed of your filthiness anymore, Till I have caused My fury to rest upon you. I, the Lord, have spoken it; It shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not hold back, Nor will I spare, Nor will I relent; According to your ways And according to your deeds They will judge you,” Says the Lord God .’ ” (Ez. 24:1-14)
The hebrew word for “scum” in this passage is cheláh. It means “to be sick, be diseased”. H2457, H2456
In a vision of Isaiah concerning Judah we read:
“Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment. Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.” (Isa. 1:4-7)
The Saturn Nebula (NGC 7009)
Might this object in the firmament of Aquarius represent the “boiling pot” held by Aquarius, the Water-Bearer (King Nebuchadnezzar), which is full of the curses poured out upon Judah for all their wickedness in departing from the Lord.
The strange looking object within the pot has the appearance of a shoe. What is a shoe symbolic of? The Hebrew word for “shoe” is na’al נַעַל and is defined from Strong’s Concordance as: “a symbol of occupancy, a refusal to marry, or of something valueless”. H5275
This is exactly what had become of Judah when they were taken into captivity and their land was “occupied” by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.
“Thus saith the Lord; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes.” (Amos 2:6)
The numeric value of the Hebrew word for shoe equals 150. Other Hebrew words that equal 150 include: “affliction, oppress, mourn, eye, mouth, unclean, balances, trespass, fool, proud, leavened, hypocrite, force, king, people.”
These are all words that relate to story that is being told in the sign of Aquarius regarding the Southern kingdom of Judah.
WARNING TO ISRAEL
Just prior to crossing over the Jordan into the promised land, Moses warned the children of Israel:
“Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee. For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.” (Dt. 4:23,24).
Tragically, Israel DID forget the covenant, the commandments of YHVH, and turned to the worship of Baal and graven images. YHVH was looking down from heaven and seeing it all.
The Helix Nebula - Nicknamed “The Eye of God”
Located in the constellation of Aquarius
“For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.” (Proverbs 5:21)
“The cities of the south shall be shut up, and none shall open them: Judah shall be carried away captive all of it, it shall be wholly carried away captive...I have seen thine adulteries, and thy neighings, the lewdness of thy whoredom, and thine abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto thee, O Jerusalem! wilt thou not be made clean? when shall it once be?” (Jer. 13:19,27)
Isaiah also testified:
“For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.” (Isaiah 3:8)
Time and again, in the Yah’s dealings with His apostate people, “the eyes of the LORD” are mentioned as beholding all their wickedness.
It is especially fascinating, then, that within the constellation Aquarius, there appears an eye-shaped object, as if serving as a celestial reminder of His watchful gaze.
THE EYES OF YAHUSHUA
One final note of interest regarding “the eyes of the LORD” is a remarkable document discovered in the Vatican Library, supposedly written to the Roman Senate at the time of Yahushua by Publius Lentulus. In it, he provides this striking description of Him:
“This Is a man of noble and well-proportioned stature, with a face full of kindness and firmness, so that the beholders both love him and fear him. His hair is the color of wine and golden at the root — straight and without luster —but from the level of the ears curling and glossy, divided down the center after the fashion of the Nazarenes.
“His forehead is even and smooth. His face without blemish and enhanced by a tempered bloom; his countenance ingenuous and kind; his beard is full, of the same color as his hair, and forked in form; his eyes blue and extremely brilliant.”
CORRESPONDING HEBREW TRIBE
The Hebrew tribe corresponding to the Sign of Aquarius is Reuben who’s name means, “see, a son.” The meaning of Reuben’s name relates to the second coming. When Yahushua answered the high priest during his trial if he was the Messiah, the Son of God, he replied:
“It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.” (Mt. 26:64)
When Reuben was conceived, his mother Leah exclaimed:
“Surely the Lord hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me.” (Gen. 29:32)
In the same way, just before the second coming of Yahushua, He will look upon His afflicted people during the time of Jacob’s trouble. In His love, He will shelter and protect them through earth’s final storm. (See Psalms 91; Dan. 12:1)
Jacob prophesied over his son Reuben saying,
“Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power: Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father’s bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.” (Genesis 49:3,4)
The Hebrew primitive root for “unstable” is “pachaz” (H6348), meaning “to bubble up or froth, like boiling water.” This imagery aligns perfectly with the boiling pot of water “whose scum is in it” that Ezekiel was shown in chapter 24, symbolizing impurity and judgment.
Just as Reuben defiled his father’s bed, so Israel defiled the land their Father had given them—their “bed of rest.”
“And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.” (Jer. 2:7). See also Jeremiah 3:9; 16:18
The blessing of Moses upon Rueben was: “Let Reuben live, and not die, let not his men be few.” (Dt. 33:6)
Though the majority of those taken captive into Babylon chose to remain in Babylon at the end of the 70 year captivity, there were a “few”, a very small remnant who chose to leave and return back to their homeland.
PISCES AUSTRALIS
“The Southern Fish”
Now, let’s examine Pisces Australis, “The Southern Fish,” upon which the contents of the pot are being poured out. The brightest star in this constellation is Fomalhaut, an Arabic name meaning “mouth of the fish.”.
Fomalhaut is one of the four Royal Stars that once marked the equinox’s and solstice’s. Those stars being the brightest stars in Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.
Fomalhaut is a bluish-white star. In the Bible, blue symbolizes the law of YHVH, as the Ten Commandments were written on blue sapphire stone (Exodus 24:9-10; Numbers 15:38-40). White represents purity, holiness, and light (Matthew 17:2).
As the brightest star in Pisces Australis—which can be associated with the Southern Kingdom of Judah—it stands to reason that Fomalhaut represents Jerusalem, the holy city and capital of Judah.
Fittingly, the national flag of Israel also reflects these two colors: blue and white. 🇮🇱
These colors are a fit representation of Jerusalem, “the holy city” wherein once dwelt the earthly presence of God in the Most Holy Place in the temple. They were to be a shining city upon a hill, a light to the gentiles, the depositors of the law of YHVH, a pure and holy nation.
Ring around Fomalhaut
The image above shows the Star Fomalhaut with a well-defined ring around it that puzzles astronomers. The brightness of the star itself has been blocked out so that the ring can be seen around it.
JERUSALEM SURROUNDED
The ring surrounding Fomalhaut may correspond to the holy presence of YHVH that surrounded Jerusalem, His chosen city. Just as YHVH's glory and protection encompassed His people, this celestial ring may serve as a symbolic reminder of His divine presence and covenant.
“And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him, And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” (Zechariah 2:3-5)
Another possible representation of this ring may be that of the battering rams that surrounded the city before its fall:
“Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and portray upon it the city, even Jerusalem: And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about.” (Ezekiel 4:1,2).
In the New Testament Yahushua spoke of the coming judgment upon the city of Jerusalem by the Romans in 70 AD because of their rejection of the Messiah.
“For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.” (Lk. 19:43-44)
THE AGE OF AQUARIUS
Having established that the sign of Aquarius relates to the judgment that fell upon the house of Judah, we can now turn our attention to “the Age of Aquarius.”
This new Age will bring judgment upon the Israel of God at the end of time, ultimately leading to the final outpouring of judgment upon “Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth” (Rev. 17:5).
This follows the pattern seen in the Old Testament—judgment first came upon Israel, and afterward, upon Babylon. In the New Testament we also read:
“For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” (1 Pet. 4:17)
As mentioned earlier, the first occurrence of the number “nine” in the Bible is in reference to the day of atonement which begins on the “ninth” day of the seventh month and carrie’s over to the 10th day on the Jewish ecclesiastical calendar. The Bible says of this solemn day:
“It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath” (Lev. 23:32).
On the first day of this month leading up to the 10th day, is what is referred to as “the ten days of awe,” or “the ten days of repentance” leading up to the final sealing that takes place on the day of atonement.
“According to Jewish custom, three books are opened on the Feast of Trumpets and closed on Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement):
1. The Book of the righteous
2. The Book of the unrighteous
3. The Book of those in-between.
If a man is deemed righteous, his name is written in the Book of Life for the righteous at the Feast of Trumpets. If a man is unrighteous, his name is written in the Book of the unrighteous. If a man is deemed in-between, judgment is delayed for ten days from Yom Teruah (Rosh Hashanah) to Yom Kippur. It is during that period of time that a man is given opportunity to repent before the book is closed and his destiny sealed on Yom Kippur.” (http://curtis.loftinnc.com/Yom_Kippur.htm)
This is consistent with what we read concerning the books that are mentioned in Daniel and Revelation concerning the judgment:
“I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.” (Dan. 7:9-10)
“And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” (Rev. 20:12)
Here are the Books that are most likely being referred to:
1. The Book of Life - Ps. 69:28; Phil. 4:3; Rev. 3:5; 17:8; 21:27
2. The Book of the law of God - (Jos. 24:26; Neh. 8:18)
3. The Book of the law of Moses - (Jos. 8:31; 23:6; Neh. 13:1)
4. The Book of YHVH - (Ex. 32:32,33; Isa. 34:16)
5. The Book of Remembrance - (Ps. 56:8; 139:16; Job 19:23; Ex 17:14)
According to precise astronomical calculations by Rabbi Shane Nelson and his partner, astronomer Michael Hutchinson, as presented in the video below, the Age of Aquarius officially began in the year 1843.
This year holds great significance in Biblical prophecy, as it marks the conclusion of the 2300-day/year prophecy found in Daniel 8:14-17—a pivotal moment in prophetic history.

UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZODIAC SIGNS AND ZODIACAL CONSTELLATIONS
Picture taken from the book, “The Glory of the Stars”
By E. Raymond Capt
Now, let’s examine how the signs function, as there is often confusion between the zodiacal constellations and the signs of the Zodiac—they are not exactly the same, as one might assume. To clarify this distinction, I will be quoting E. Raymond Capt from his book, The Glory of the Stars.
“The circle of the Zodiac is divided into 12 divisions or signs. It is necessary to make a distinction between the signs of the zodiac and the constellations of the zodiac. Each sign is exactly 30° long, 1/12 of the complete circle…”
“The 12 groups of stars (constellations) within the boundaries of the 12 signs originally had the same names as the signs, and each constellation would remain forever within the corresponding sign if the Vernal equinox did not move among the stars. This movement or “precession” of the equinoxes carries the signs of the zodiac westward around the ecliptic with a constant speed that causes them to make a complete circuit of the sky in approximately 25,800 years. Thus the constellations of the Zodiac remain fixed but the signs steadily slip westward.”
“The sign of Aries, for the last 2000 years, has been in the sign to the west. The sign and constellations of the zodiac coincided about 300 B.C. and also about 26,000 BC. The Greek writer, Hesiod, says that Arcturus rises at sunset 50 days after the winter solstice. In our calendar this date would be February 19. This bright star now rises at sunset (in Greece) on March 30. From the known rate of the shift of the constellations of the zodiac we can determine that Hesoid lived about 2800 years ago.”
“We learned from the early writings of the Persians and the Chinese that there were four bright stars in the sky that protected and watched over the others. The stars were said to be in the east, west, the north and the south. These positions evidently corresponded to the vernal equinox, the autumnal equinox, the winter solstice and the summer solstice – the four cardinal points of the sky. If we look in the vicinity of these points we can find no stars of any considerable brightness and we might be inclined to doubt the accuracy of this ancient literature or to wonder whether the four bright stars have faded considerably during the intervening years. However, when we consider the westward procession of the equinoxes, the four cardinal points would not have the same location with reference to the stars as they had ages ago, for the constellations of the zodiac are continually slipping in an easterly direction with reference to the vernal equinox. We must study the zodiac as the Persians saw it.”
In other words, the Zodiac Signs and Astrological Ages are linked to the equinoxes and solstices, which gradually shift westward at a rate of 1 degree every 72 years due to precession. Meanwhile, the constellations themselves remain fixed in their positions in the sky.
There are 13 zodiacal constellations along the ecliptic when including Ophiuchus (as seen above). However, this does not mean there are 13 zodiac signs.
The circle of the zodiac is divided into 12 equal sections of 30 degrees each, totaling 360 degrees. Since the full circle is already accounted for, there is no room to add an additional 30-degree sign..
SUMMARY
The sign of Aquarius takes us to a pivotal period in Israel’s history when YHVH, through King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, poured out His wrath upon the Southern Kingdom of Judah because of its sins.
“How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water: Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them. Therefore saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies: And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin.” (Isa. 1:21-25)
Judah was carried away captive into Babylon, which is represented by the sign of Leo, the Lion—the opposing sign of Aquarius. Interestingly, Judah itself is also symbolized by a lion (Genesis 49:9), showing a deep connection between these two signs. Thus, Aquarius, often called "the sign of the Jewish people," is closely linked to Leo, the Lion.
The judgment upon Jerusalem was not only a historical event but also a foreshadowing of a greater fulfillment yet to come. The destruction of the holy city serves as a warning—a glimpse of the final doom of a world that has rejected the mercy of YHVH and trampled upon His holy law.
We are now living in the Age of Aquarius, in the time of Yah’s judgements upon the world. Up until now these judgements have been mixed with mercy. The time is fast approaching when the full measure of Yah’s judgements will be poured out upon the rejectors of his mercy.
PROMISES
“In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land. In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The Lord our righteousness.” (Jer. 33:15-16)
“But in that day, as in the time of Jerusalem's destruction, God's people will be delivered, everyone that shall be found written among the living.” (Isa. 4:3)
“Then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." (Mt. 24:30, 31)
“The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.” (Ps. 103:6)
